I am disappointed. this pho restaurant is in my neighborhood, and I keep hoping that things would get better. the meat in the Vermicelli dishes is not cut to bite size, making it very difficult to eat and enjoy. I have never come across this at any other Pho Restaurant, so I am surprised. Then, every time I order the Chicken Vermicelli, the chicken is full of gristle, making it necessary to pull out of my mouth and work around the gristle? chicken is usually my favorite elsewhere.
