Both B4. Bún Tôm, Thịt & Chả Giò and B1. Bún Thịt Nướng dishes were overcooked and bland. The P2. Rare Ribeye / Phở Tái had onions which is the first time I've seen. The only things eaten from my $85 order were the A4. Fried Shrimp Rolls (6) and A6. Steamed Bun / Bánh Bao (1). We were very dissatisfied with this place and won't order from here again

shrimp were overcooked, noodles had no sauce on them. it came with cucumber and bean sprout salad of sorts with no dressing of any kind on it. overall, I was not impressed. maybe I just ordered the wrong dish. I'll go with Chinese next time or Thai. can't go wrong with those two.

I love this place!! I have been hoping for a Vietnamese restraunt in PC for a while. I'm still my favorite things to get are the H3. Seafood / Hải Sản/đồ Biển and summer A2. Fresh Rolls / Gỏi Cuốn (2). My one critique is the last time I got the fresh rolls, they werent as soft as the first. Today the rolls were excellent again! I think once they get the consistency down, they will have found a good niche!
