First time try ,I was skeptical with the raw meat but I microwaved the broth and put the raw meat in it and it cook fine.I placed all the separate ingredients in the broth and the pack of hot sauce and it was surprisingly delicious and filling.I had enough to save for later.

everything was awesome, they packed the meat and noodles separately they gave plenty of garnishes wich I really appreciated, the broth was flavorful the brisket was tender,this is my new pho place in Cleveland. thank you!

I want to give a good review but it was just so poorly done.
I did a group order for my job, we ordered the chicken, beef, and shrimp pho, the summer rolls and a order of shrimp. We did not receive the shrimp or rolls, and all 3 soups were beef. they put all the veggies in a plastic baggie and put the meat and noodles in small containers with no condiments or chopsticks included. I can't figure out how to upload a photo for evidence, but very disappointed, the beef broth was good at least.
