Great Pho, just what I needed! Greens are fresh, the sprouts crunchy, noodles al dente and the meat soft! Broth very flavorful, def order again!

Actually Suprised how Bland The 21. Phở Nạm Gầu Gân Ve Dòn/Flank, Brisket, & Skirt Flank Was. Especially The 31. Mì Bò Kho/Egg Noodle Beef Stew which is normally very favorable (at least other resturants) I'm sorry but I wont be back.

The beef Pho was the most disappointing meal that I have had in Houston, the `beef` was 100% gristle with absolutely zero meat
