I ordered the N5 but asked for just steak and brisket and my order was perfect. The meat was tender, the noodles separated nicely after sitting in the broth for a minute, and all of the toppings came neatly packaged, along with a broth spoon, a fork, chopsticks, a wet nap, and a mint. The best part is the broth though. Pho Viet USA has the best pho broth I've ever tasted. 10/10.

Saddest banh mi. Only had a bit of primary filling and a slice of cucumber and jalapeno with a couple carrot slices. Added an egg for some reason. The soup it came with was 6 pieces of vegetables in thin, unsatisfying broth. Overpriced for awful quality food.

B25. BRISKET BANH MI - Room temperature & soggy, way too much of the dry fried egg and very little beef. Still tastes ok but subpar A13. Bao Bun Grilled Pork Sausage - good texture on bao bun but the price of admission is just not worth it

Pho broth was nice and I liked that they added lemon grass to it. Also a decent amount of broth and meat. However, the noodles were really overcooked and all broken up into small pieces. I also ordered a Taro Boba but got a Thai tea boba. Mistakes happen so im willing to try this place again this the 4 rather than 3 stars.

We placed this order when we were sick and wanted something yummy to make us feel better. The Homemade Lemonade was perfectly refreshing without being overly sweet. The broth from our pho was so excellent as well!
