This is the original phoholic location, which I think has the best and most balanced broth (when comparing to phoholic 2 in Stanton). Always with generous meat portions as well. My wife and I also prefer phoholic over pho 79 which is a bit over hyped imo.
The other phoholic location on this app is from their South Coast Plaza location which I think is much more watered down and not nearly as flavorful as the first 2 stores.

This is coming from someone who's not a pho fan (and super picky) but just happened to crave it today: this is PERFECT pho. Not overly salty or filled to the brim with MSG (love it but I'm sensitive to it), and yet, super flavorful broth.
Everything was packaged well and cleanly + separately. I ordered the pho noodles to be uncooked. Beansprouts were nice and crisp, pho tai was *fresh*, and most importantly, the noodles: they were long and unbroken which is super important to me. SO good.
I would definitely order takeout here again, they nailed everything I hoped for 100%.

The broth arrived hot and the food was decent. However, the amount of coffee was not worth the price. It was not filled up all the way nor was it taped off to prevent it from being opened.

Rip off. Go somewhere else if ordering online. They steal your money and give you no meat compared to the photos. They charge the same amount for basically just noodles and veggies. Its absurd.
