The port size is fantastic, and I love the amount of jugo on the LOMO SALTADO. The tomatoes are cooked to perfection .

The YUCA SMALL was atringy--it hadnt been parcooked enough before frying. The sweet potatoes in the CEVICHE DE PESCADO were similarly undercooked. And the fish was hacked too large, and with no concen for the grain. There wasnt enough Leche de tigre to marinate it, so it was more like huge pieces of tartare than CEVICHE DE PESCADO. I've been to the Hartford location several times, both in person and via DoorDash. I guess I'll stick to it; Piolin Jr failed miserably.

Food always had great flavor. Portion size is perfect. But the steak and chicken are overcooked and dry and this wasnt the first time.

The food was great...love ordering the CHAUFA MIXTO Y CAMARONES and1/2 POLLO (TO GO). lots of food to feed 2 to 3 people.
