we order often and have never had any complaints about the food, but the Roasted Garlic Cheese Sticks we got were severely undercooked and still doughy. as well as the pizzas with more than one topping on them. we prefer pizza hut over the other places around but this time was severely disappointing. we will order again though and hope it won't happen again

It's be nice if Pizza Hut actually cooked the pizza long enough to be able to eat it. It's always doughy and the cheese is never browned!

Please cook the pizza long enough! Crust is soggy. I like my cheese brown. This looks like it was barely baked!
