As much as I enjoy Pizza Hut and have for years, I don't understand why the crust isn't crispy. It used to be, not crazy about the doughy crust. Maybe there is somewhere to ask for it to be cooked more.

Pickup was 30 minutes past the estimated time. The workers were not helpful. They only had 3 people working on a saturday and two did not know how to work the order screen.
