The 14" Large Pizza (with sausage and mushrooms) from Pizza Hut was a big disappointment today, way below normal Pizza Hut standards. If this were my first purchase from Pizza Hut, I'd never go back. But I know they can do better.

When we ordered and picked the crust apparently they didn't have the crust we ordered so the person picking up had to call us. While being in a business meeting and being forced to deal with this over the phone is very frustrating and time consuming. The employee at Pizza Hut kept telling the Dasher we had to cancel the order. We didn't want to cancel, we just wanted a different crust for what they had available.
