Pretty much this pizza dough was raw. Top of it was really hot but in the middle it was cool. I don't know if you guys have changed your recipe. This does not look like a pan pizza to me.

usually perfect. last night they were little light on sauce. very dry pizza even w all the cheese. bust have been low on sauce. thus never happened before
