Absolute waste of money. ordered the Create Your Own Pizza and picked 3 medium pan pizzas, and received 3 rectangle pizzas. the slices aren't even comparable to a normal medium pan pizza. we usually have leftovers but not after this.

Pizza Hut has apparently become notorious for putting only mere drops of sauce on the pizzas. It's so little that there is no flavor. It would be nice to ask for extra sauce, but that is completely impossible because if you call the store, you get a central ordering call center, and they can't even get into contact with the store. This Pizza Hut (on North Chester) will not allow a customer (on DoorDash) to add special instructions (such as "please put sauce on the pizza"). Pizza is NOT pizza without sauce. Pizza Hut used to be good, but not so much today, as they have zero interest in quality and customer service.

the pizza came out in good quality, however nothing that small for 20 dollars deserves a rating over 3 stars. this isn't a critique to any employees or the sweet door dasher that brought me my food. This is towards pizza hut specifically, there is NO REASON that pizza should be over 14 dollars. thanks.
