By the time the coffee makes it here it's always defrosted! I wish PJs would put there cold or frozen coffees in styrofoam or something to keep them cold. No complaints other than that! Best coffee I've ever had!

I ordered two Caramel Cold Crème with no whip and added cold foam to both which I paid extra for... and instead I received two Caramel Cold Crème WITH whip and NO cold foam. They did not read the order well at all. Besides that the drinks tasted great. Just couldve been better.

so sorry but it was bitter and did not taste good Starbucks was out of my caramel macchiato and I tried to get one from you the closest I could get but it didn't work out thank you and God bless
