Lately they are missing the mark. I always pay for extra toppings that I never receive. Extra granola, peanut butter, strawberries and Nutella. The bowl I like already comes with a few of these but I want more topping then what it already comes with so I pay for extra but never get it. All I receive is Nutella and strawberries (which were mushy). Maybe it's just this location, because I buy this elsewhere and they follow instructions. If I'm paying for a product I expect to get what I pay for

The bowl was fantastic, especially the toppings I think they did a fantastic job of combining ingredients, only thing I noticed was the lack of chocolate flavoring in the Custom Coconut Bowl since I asked for chocolate protein powder to be added. Im not sure if that was because the powder just isn't strong enough or if they forgot to add it. I couldnt taste anything other than coconut and banana. But otherwise great!

Love this place! I eat at so many Playa Bowls and Açaí bowl places, and this location is my all time favorite! But really all Playa bowls are really amazing and soooo consistent, and their customer service is excellent.

I have to call whenever I order to inform the staff that I have a coconut allergy, i wish the store allowed special instructions for this purpose BUT, they are always very kind over the phone about it. The bowl was absolutely delicious and it always is!! I've always recommended this place, thank you!
