Perfect for the start of my day which consists of schoolwork, watching my nephew, and prepping for work. Gives me just enough energy with the cacao nibs and fills me for a few hours! Perfect balance of sweet and slightly salty.

LOL THEY ARE GOOD portions and reasonably priced. the only thing I can say is sometimes the people making it don't INCLUDE MY EXTRA TOPPINGS THAT I PAY FOR. I GET THE 8th ave bowl most time I want extra bananas and blueberries but they don't add it. they need to do better with that part other than that It won't stop me from buying them!
