This salmon was not sushi grade! It was canned or something, but it was terrible.

The salmon was gross and tasted cooked, was really excited cause it looked good but the fish was so offputting I couldnt continue to eat it. I eat a lot of poke, so it was def weird to me. Overall, disappointed.
