I order from here about once a week. Their bowls are so delicious. Today though I ordered avocado with my bowl as usual but they were out of it. When my order arrived I found a note that said that they were out and sorry but instead they added some extra proteins and crab. 11/10 for service, that was very nice of them. I love this poki poki location.

My Veggie Bowl was missing the standard tofu it was missing the tempura flakes. I paid for second scoop of seaweed salad and did.not receive. Everything seemed soggy And it just wasnt made well compared to another same order i made weeks ago.

Garbage. ive ordered from this place for years and whatever clowns operate it now, have no business in Poki. I ordered the Large Bowl with 4 proteins. I received essentially 1 portion compared to previous orders. they didnt include any of the additions on my order or there was so little of it it wasn't detectible. I basically got a big box of dry white rice and a lump of subpar fish and crab in the middle. I wont be surprised when this place disappears. Total trash.

The portion size for "large" is crazy an for almost 20 bucks not only that they missed some of the items where not evn in there def not ordering again

I always ask for Mesa dressing, so I really appreciate that they give me extra but man this was way too much
