I ordered the Regular Tropichop® Bowl with 2 cokes, everything was made fresh drink was cold only think I was missing a drink. I love this pollo tropical, they do everything right the-the missing drink was a honest mistake!

The food was tasty. The regular size portion was a good size, not overly large (there is a large option). The soup was salty but I’ll try it once more. Maybe/hopefully it was just an off day soup-wise. I ordered the tropichop and the chicken soup bowl.

The vegan wrap was delicious. The staff were very friendly. Only issue was we got two combos and the forgot the sides for one. Would definitely go back when visiting again. It was a nice for someone with dietary restrictions

I am disappointed with my recent order. One of my Large Tropichop® Bowls was missing ingredients and arrived incredibly messy. It was clear that the items were carelessly thrown into the bag, leading to ingredients being scattered everywhere. Additionally, I want to address the Pollo's Chicken Soup - Bowl. It included its usual vegetables, but for the first time, I noticed elbow pasta, which does not belong there. Nowhere in the ingredients or recipe does it mention pasta, which is a clear case of cross-contamination. This level of service is unacceptable and I expect better and be addressed!
