This Original Family Meal fed my family of 5. The chicken was cooked well. Rice and beans seasoned nicely. Rolls were soft and they remembered my sauces. I just wish there was a complimentary side salad.

I usually love pollo tropical but today it was not good the meat tasted undercooked and mushy and they didnt give me the sauces I asked for the portion of the rice was small other than that it was good maybe today was not there day. I would still order again since it's usually good!

My Cesar salad was inedible, it was drenched and no word of a lie, drenched in dressing. I tried to salvage by patting with a napkin, after the 10th napkin and it still being drenched I gave up and threw it out. If you order defo request dressing on the side unless you like soupy salad then you're all good.

The steak was overcooked and dry, the yucca was bland, and the cheesecake isn't real cheesecake - it's the whipped cream cheese + whipped cream in a crust with pumpkin. Yuck.
