My 1st experience ordering from this Pollo Tropical via Door Dash. I have to say I was surprised on how fresh and tasty my chicken and pork Regular Tropichop® with grilled onions and peppers was. Definitel will order again.

I was very skeptical of the chicken breast, but it was so tender and flavorful! Cheesy Yuca was cold- different packaging might help. Overall, I would order again.

Ordered a salad for $9 got a side salad instead with no chicken just lettuce. We were missing sides and details on our office order. No one there pays attention to details and reviews orders are correct before having them picked up by doordash. NO way to call and dispute. Left a review and had management respond asking me to email them, which I did and received no response. THEY DONT CARE. Trust me. DONT ORDER YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

the chicken was really tasty.....real juicy & tender. the yellow rice was not as expected or shown on menu plus it was cold
The balsamic tomatoes were a disappointment.I was not very fresh !'
but , chicken was good & I will reorder by
trying different sides .
The yellow rice just did not have enough flavor
or color to taste .
