Whole Chicken With 2 Sides, Fried Yuca, Sweet Plantains, Pollo's Chicken Soup - Bowl ...I got this as a meal for my uncle and he said that it was absolutely fabulous! So good that he was stuffed because he couldn't stop eating it. Thank you for making an awesome meal for him!!

My Pollo's Chicken Soup - Bowl had a sticker in it from the pepper. They forgot my 12oz Can - Sprite®and fried yucca. The rice was hard. Very unsatisfied with my order today. Very unfortunate.

No meat i have had a small with more meat! this is suppo to be a Large Tropichop® with no meat . And brown avacado! What a shame.

Food was extremely rushed. Quesadilla wrap is extremely under sized to what advertised. Literally half of the wrap, not only that there was no sauces, the Large Tropichop® I ordered camewith white rice, beans and corn, the beans and corns were extremely dry, literally just white rice and a bit of beans, the chicken was either old or undercooked. The staffisnt at fault but this is by far the worse experience I've ever gotten in a pollo tropical. Extremely disappointed.
