Cant choose between white or dark meat. I ALWAYS get a dried out chicken breast and a wing (who wants that meat selection combo????). Also sent the wrong drink. Asked for a lemonade and they sent a tea with no ice it.

Each time we order from this store, the food containers smell like soap powder which makes the food and drinks taste awful. In addition, the chicken we received today was very hard and tasted very old. This is totally unacceptable given the prices.

Although, I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich 35 minutes before closing, they gave me only one... plus it was the classic chicken sandwich AND it wasn't even fresh. Despite of all that, my dasher was very patient due to the wait.

i ordered the New! 6 Classic Boneless Wings and the wings were not coated in sauce. Imagine you order hot wings from a restaurant, and they bring out a plate that looks like they poured a bit of hot sauce on the plate then placed your bare wings on top. that's what I had delivered.
