The beef sandwich and the combo sandwich were as good as we remembered. The Eclair Cake was moist and delicious! We would order this again.

Bacon Cheeseburger had a ton of onion. bacon was cold and old super chewy, toppings were wrong. Not the usual awesome burger. Strawberry Shortcake was meh won't order again.

The chili dog was mashed, while there was barely any pepper (sweet and hot) in the meef sandwich, not even half of how they usually come with.

Ordered from here multiple times, and every time it's been something. Fries have been extremely soggy and taste like they were made hours ago. The salad smelled weird, and had wilted/borderline rotting pieces of lettuce. Will not be ordering from here again. 2 stars since the burger and hotdogs were as expected.

The combo sandwich had hardly no beef on it and the sausage was BLACK BURNED! It is probably the worst sandwich I've ever gotten. Absolute garbage.
I have eaten at Portillos many times and never had food this bad!
