* onion rings are terrible. Too crispy, almost burnt, they just fall apart. Very small portion for the price.

FRIES WAS NOT FRESH, THEY WAS COLD. IV WAS CHEATED OUT OF BEEF MEAT ON THE CHEDDAR CRESSAUNT!! IT WAS A VERY SMALL AMOUNT. I DID NOT APPRECIATE COMING OUT IN THE CHILD FOR THIS DISAPPOINTMENT!! $47.35 WORTH AT THAT!!!

I moved to Memphis, Tn and haven't had an Italian Beef Sandwich since then. I just moved back home and this was my first order. It truly did not disappoint and was satisfied the craving. THIS WAS THE BEST BEEF I'VE HAD IN YEARS.

Portillo's wasn't the problem! My large order of fries arrived with literally 10 fries in the container! The order arrived with the bag 1/2 sealed & 1/2 opened!!! I had to throw the fries out in fear that the driver had eaten the fries!
