TheMac & Cheese was overcooked, mushy, and inedible. I had to discard it! The Broccoli Cheddar "soup" had a decent taste but had a thick consistency that I had to dilute with chicken broth. The Potbelly Whole Pickle came semi-presliced and was mushy on one side. The only good thing about this order was the Chicken Pot Pie Soup. Definitely would not return.

The sandwich was awful. The chicken salad did not fill up the bread and when I trimmed it it was half a sandwich and the bread was burned

Food delicious... making the steakhouse beef the hugest size made basically no difference though. Shake was nice and thick!

My sandwich showed up cold, didnt have all the right meats, and way absolutely covered in mayonnaise to the point of not edible. I stopped going to Potbelly years ago for these issues and they clearly still remain.
