I asked for all toppings but onion and the sandwich was still dry. On my salad the lettuce was pathetic and they gave me the tiniest
Scoop of chicken salad, and forgot to give me hot peppers.

Second time ordering and the sandwiches weren't dressed with ANYTHING and the only option in the Door Dash app was for chips and drink. Ridiculous.

I loved all their food. I tried it for the first time. I had the BLTA and the loaded baked potato soup. That baked potato soup was amazing and full of flavor. Compared to McAllisters baked potato soup, which has absolutely no flavor, Potbelly's is so much better. My husband had the Italian and loved it. I didnt mind the price of the small bags of chips. Everything is expensive these days and these are gourmet chips. You get what you pay for. Our sandwiches were not dry. The flavor of their bacon was so good. I love this place and will be ordering again.

I love the chicken pot pie soup the loaded baked potato was ok I like the chicken pot pie soup better I would give it an 30 out of 10 so good will be ordering again!
