The Omega-3 bowl has been my go-to since I found this restaurant on DoorDash, it's so delicious! The portion and taste are always on point. The vegan sweet potato brownie and anti-inflammatory juice are two other regulars for me as well, soo good every time. In my opinion, the prices are great for the quality you get.

The BBQ Bison Cheesesteak. Is excellent! Meat cooked to your preferred doneness, and with the vegetables and bbq sauce, fantastic and flavorful!
The mixed greens side comes with feta, tomatoes, leafy greens, and a delicious balsamic dressing.
Plus, they tell you the macros on every dish!
High recommended if you're looking for a delicious, health conscious option for your next meal.

As someone deep in a bulking phase and tracking macros seriously, this place nailed it. The burger was packed with protein and super tender, juicy, flavorful, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. You can tell the quality of the bison meat is top tier.
The protein shakes are legit too. Smooth, fresh, and not overly sweet. Perfect for refueling post-workout or adding extra clean calories.
And the sweet potato vegan brownie? Incredible. Dense, rich, and good amount of protein. It satisfies the sweet tooth without blowing your goals. Super impressed with how they’ve managed to make food this delicious while still being macro friendly. Definitely coming back. And definitely recommend.

My PH Avocado Toast. was made with what looked like only half avocado and it was black. I asked for eggs over medium and they fried my eggs instead. It was very dry and looked expired. Do not recommend!

This place never fails me. I have an annoyingly sensitive stomach, and I really appreciate this place & everyone working in it for being a quick, safe, and convenient go-to even when I'm having a bad flare up. <3
