Everytime it's good. Miso soup is killer. A little more tangy than I've normally had but delicious down to the last drop. The musubi is awesome as well. Also I had the pleasure of trying a sample of their chicken and Huli Huli sauce (hope I spelled that right) and it was out of this world. Nice spot with nice people.

B.Y.O Regular Bowl was not made correctly, as some of the ordered ingredients were missing. Furthermore, the rice was wet and soggy instead of sticky, and the fish was laid directly on the rice in a way that basically cooked it. One of the bowls ordered looked half-made. Overall, they simply did not taste good. Mochi Matcha tastes chemical and artificial, unlike any other matcha mochi i have tried.

Proven Poke Company has the best poke bowls, period. They are on the more expensive side (20 bucks for a bowl, and then if you add add-ons you can be looking at 30+ dollars after fees and tips), but you are getting large portions and the best quality ingredients, so I don't mind paying a bit more. This is not a budget-friendly restaurant. They do have the biggest and best tasting poke bowls around, though. They are a five-star restaurant, but I took off a star because of the cost.

The oke was great. Tuna was fresh and they are very generous with all the toppings. The sushi rice could use some work. It was mushy, over cooked, and underseasoned.
