I couldnt have been more pleased with this spontaneous decision after getting into town. Dough was perfect and sauce was the best part.

We regularly ordered Margherita DOC, usually with extra mozz. It is never the same. There is no consistency at all. Today is our final order. The pizza wasnt cooked all the way. The middle was raw, wet and the cheese and basil not spread at all evenly. When it's good, it's good, but it's been blah more than good as of late, and definitely not worth $30.

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, buffalo mozzerella as well as burrata for an additional $5.50 and the burrata is nowhere to be found as you can see in the photo. Extremely disappointed.

Maybe I ordered too late in the evening but there is very sauce and mostly dry noodles.
