burritos are super filled, the brirra is amazing, very tender juicy and flavorful. the queso is fresh and delicious

I order a lot from Qdoba its actually one of my favorite places but tonight the steak was burnt the rice was hard and my sons burrito looked like a soft taco, very little rice or steak but he said his steak tasted burnt.

Well... the Create Your Own Bowl was amazing very fresh ingredients, a good portion. The Chocolate Brownie tasted okay... it tasted kind of like flour or baking soda, then the Chocolate Chunk Cookie tasted somewhat salty it wasnt that nice.

I absolutely love Qdoba, it is one of my favorites for a quick burrito. I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the shift leaders at the Braintree location who spoke to me about my previous order. He was kind and listened to my complaints. He immediately apologized and fixed the issue. Definitely appreciated how understanding he was....

Normally I love Qdoba and they do a great job but they barely filled my bowl this time (about 1/3 filled when normally it is filled to the top) so I was disappointed :((
