There was no soup in the Loaded Tortilla Soup, just the toppings. I'm glad I ordered an additional cup of soup. It was also lukewarm and I live 5 minutes from there. Disappointed with what I got and how much I paid.

This is my first time time ever trying this Restaurant and Im a new customer already. Chewin' while im Reviewin You can definitely taste the difference in quality compared to chipotle. The veggies are fresh & the beans, meat and rice are on point. I ordered the Create Your Own Bowl the portion was nice! Just what you need to fill the tank

as far as portions and taste everything was great! However I did not get exactly what I ordered! I ordered the loaded IT'S BACK - Create Your Own Loaded Tortilla Soup and it did not come in a Tortilla shell like requested

Omg, the Side of 3-Cheese Queso is wonderful and the Create Your Own Burrito was so good and my niece loves the Quesadilla Kids Meal , I saw a video on TikTok and decided to try and I was not disappointed 😊I will order again...
