usually everything we order from here is great. today we clearly got reheated chicken that's dry and super chewy and looks like plastic

It's not bad, like the food was good but the tacos were falling apart on the bottom. Not sure if it was just from the drive and because it wasn't served fresh right away, but probably wouldn't order here again or as often.
