Everything is great but for some reason they have been adding boba to my black tea which was not part of my order...a couple of times now.

As a 1st time purchaser the Lychee Green Tea with Aloe Vera was soooo delicious and the strawberry popping boba is always the cherry on top for me. The Popcorn Chicken was as expected (good) 1 thing I was disappointed about was I was not given a straw so I wasn't able to fully enjoy my tea and I didn't like the security of my order as for my chicken it just being in a bag is concerning as it's being handled by a 3rd party before getting to me I would like it at least boxed and sealed. Overall I enjoyed it just a bit bummed about the straw and packaging

The drink tastes very bland, and there are CHUNKS of ice instead of smooth like it usually is. I ordered with house cream plus sea cream but i can barely taste any of the cream because it's all sitting at the top instead of swirled into the drink all the way down, like it usually is. I ordered two of the same drinks and they both equally badly made. Very disappointed!
