The best soul food restaurant in Raleigh! My tastes buds are very happy! The ribs fall off the bone with a delish tang bbq sauce; the lemon pepper wings fried perfectly ; The Mac is bomb and collrds cooked tender with that good, good pot liqour taste with each bite!

Overall? 7.43/10. Would definitely order again and try different items on the menu.
My favorites were the Mac & Cheese, Yams, and Fries. Wish they gave bigger portions.
The Collard Greens were alright, definitely seasoned.
The wing flavor ( Hennessy Hot Honey ) was good, not worth the $2 more though.
Ribs were great, no complaints.

Food was on point. Well seasoned though the sauce was a bit sparse. The size of the cake was a bit disappointing. Tasted ok but I dont think id have paid 9$ if id known how small. Would order the plate again for sure for sure.

Definitely not the best soul food . I had the catfish platter and it was disgusting! Fish not fried crispy . 2 small pieces of fillet . Yellow rice was hard . Cabbage had no taste . I would never recommend anyone here .

I wanted to try something new and this was great !! The only thing I didn't like was the collard greens they were very vinegar heavy to the point that I couldn't finish those but the yams were great the Mac is seasoned and the wings aren't little ! Thank y'all for new experience . I loved the pieces of fresh lemon with my wings !
