OMG I've been dying to try this place. I lived in Japan for a bit so I'm a sucker for good Chicken Ramen. Plus supporting local is always a plus. They did NOT disappoint!! this was SOOO freaking good. Oh and the super cute little bag the meal came in? The reusable one?? 100/10 for being better for the environment! Definitely gonna order again.
PS I'm from NC and being able to order a glass bottle of Cheerwine made my inner kid ecstatic LOL

The prep and condition of the food was great. The ramen tastes good too. I was a bit disappointed in the pork buns. There was too much sesame oil, so much that it was a bit bitter and overwhelmed the rest of the flavors. I was really looking forward to those. The texture and cook and freshness was great though!
