The broth is so incredibly rich its amazing.
The broth is absolutely packed with umami flavor. 10/10 delicious. I heard the broth is a 60 hour bone broth !!

Both orders arrived timely, but there was an important extra missing (the extra noodles in the #2 SHO-YU (Tonkotsu) specifically). Flavors were excellent and on point as usual, for both the #2 SHO-YU (Tonkotsu) and the #4 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu)

We did not receive the yuzu bomb we ordered and the egg was left out, so that was disappointing. Taste was good.

Ramen Tastya is our go to spot. This location is new to us, but did not disappoint.
The #4 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu) & ' #6 OLā SKOOL (Assari) were great. We loved that the broth was separate from the noodles & toppings. Dumplings (Gyoza) are always good . Will definitely order again.

#4 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu) was creamy, spicy, lots of toppings, but more salty than most ramen I have had at other
places. Same with #1 THE OG (Tonkotsu) it was creamy and lots of toppings but also too salty. The Karaage pieces were smaller. The Korokkaaayyy was crispy and tender.
