love that it's pit cooked they cook the meat fresh every day so it's always moist and I never find globs of fat! my favorite hush puppies too oh... and cheerwine!

Good portions. My only complaint would be that the meat was nice and tender but a small bit dry. I might would try them again.i did order the coarse chopped tray so the regular chopped may be more moist.
