The biscuits were cold, dry & hard & the lobster mashed potatoes tasted like instant mashed potatoes. The canned beverage only included ONE 10 Oz bottle- for the price of 4.
I gave y'all another chance cuz I hear y'all are going out of business nationwide- what a disappointment. Y'all used to serve quality food that was worth the higher price. Now you serve slop & continue to charge for quality food.

My issue is not about taste, but about portion size! I thought I'd ordered dinner, but the two selections I received were more like appetizer size. Not a good value for the money! I order delivery frequently and Red Lobster needs to step up to compare with other restaurants' offerings. Disappointing.

The price for the amount given is too high. 20 dollars for half a plate of pasta. Where there is more chicken than pasta.

Waited 30 min past pickup time, feast was way over salted, the breaded shrimp was put in container with broccoli and so was soggy, the 1/2 cup of lobster artichoke dip was congealed on top and scalding underneath had obviously been sitting and then reheated. the cake was ok but fairly plain, and you can purchase a better whole cake at krogers for less than the cost of this one piece. The biscuits were good but salty.

The sides for the baked potato were not all there. The clam chowder was not even half way full in the cup. And the one thing that I like most on the side was the cheddar biscuits. Everything else was good.
