We checked we wanted our burrito smothered it did not come that way. I called and they said the inside is smothered. Note that it isn't smothered on the outside if smothered is checked.

The burritos were good, but way too light on the cheese---we could hardly tell that there was any. Also the burritos should be marked. Telling which was which was difficult .
