4 stars because food is always great, but packaging is very horrible. Ravioli lid was sunk into bowl and sauce was everywhere in the bag. Also the cups of oil was tossed in the bag, one came opened and leaked out all over everything.

Sandwich was good, but honestly the Jimmy johns a few doors down has better quality and more bang for your buck. Fries were great no complaints! Service was short, and not helpful. Overall impression, no one wanted to be there and were annoyed you were inconveniencing them by being there.

Though I do enjoy Ricatoni's food their prices are WAY too marked up when ordering via door dash. Ricatoni's could stop that but choose not to. But yes, I do also enjoy the lazy convenience of the occasional DD order to them anyway. I still think they would better serve their customers by working with DD and having them match their true prices.

Honestly, I'm not impressed with the food. Very bland and generic. A big cost for little flavor. Chicken Alfredo tasted off and the chicken was overcooked. Dipping sauce is just Italian seasoning in olive oil and its more olive oil than seasonings.

Food was ok, not the greatest, but not the worst. Pepperoni pizza had some Pepperoni on it. But pick up was horrible. I waited 15 mins next to the pick up area so that the bartender could finish a chat with a friend. Never again
