I got the Creamy Peanut Noodle and some Spring Rolls both super good. The spring rolls were crispy and fresh and the creamy peanut sauce is sooo good. Everything was cooked perfectly. I've never been disappointed by rice & noodle, any of the locations but the reason it's not 5 stars is the "spicy level". it's not an accurate measurement of anything and isn't consistent.

I was disappointed in the Pad Thai. I had it with very flavourless, chewy beef (extremely disappointing). I liked the noodles, but the tamarind sauce was too rich; the tamarind was overpowering. However, it wasn't too sweet and tasted authentic. I would have liked the sauce if they had used less tamarind. I also didn't like the huge chunks of gooey tofu. Like most people, I prefer small pieces of fried tofu. On a positive note, I really liked the level of spice. I ordered Spice level 1, which was exactly how I expected and wanted it to be (a bit spicy and neither bland nor overwhelmingly spicy). Many restaurants either use no spice at all or too much of it.

Little efforts go far! I really like the Pad Thai noodles here. Only issue was that I added extra sauce to my order but it didn't feel any different than the usual order.

The containers are very cheap. They're lined with a thin layer of plastic wax that can leach micro plastics into the hot food.
Can they upgrade to environmentally friendly non-plast environmentallysafe containers ?
