The Italian Herb Half Bird - Pitman Family Farms Local Chicken was succulent and really delicious. The mashed potatoes and broccolini sides that came with it were very good. The potatoes are the most decadent mashed potatoes that I have had in years. The Asparagus was also lovely. The Aji sauce was super garlicky in a good way, and the nuttiness of the Spanish Romesco was absolutely great. 10/10

Fabulous Half Bird - Pitman Family Farms Local Chicken, I had the italian seasoning on it, and the skin in the chicken was spot on! Tender chicken. Loved the asparagus and the Basque-Style Cheesecake (Slice) is to die for, OMG, like a cloud.
