Fabulous Half Bird - Pitman Family Farms Local Chicken, I had the italian seasoning on it, and the skin in the chicken was spot on! Tender chicken. Loved the asparagus and the Basque-Style Cheesecake (Slice) is to die for, OMG, like a cloud.

Chicken was good but nothing exceptional. Pizza crust was too thin and floppy in the middle and air bubbles on the rim. The taste of the ingiedients was excellent. Just not my style f crust.
