spaghetti and meat balls always awesome butIhave ordered chocolate cannoli more than 3 times and always get plain cannolis as replacement which I didn't want. wouldve chosen a refund instead so I was disappointed every time!

Normally these sandwiches are excellent; Rosati's generally has good quality control and you will get the same sandwich, made the same way every time. Today I received one where the bread was underbaked and doughy, so I was disappointed. Unfortunately, sometimes the staff forgets to include the au jus, but all in all, it's a pretty good sandwich.
