Roxy's absolutely slaps - do yourself a favor and get some spammy eggs, some chicken katsu, (or any other entree - they're all awesome) and all the sides, and then sit down and have yourself A TIME.
frickin excellent, well developed flavors and simple ingredients are combined to create a wonderful, and rich experience.

i got the Shoyu Chicken Plate Lunch with half orange chicken. it was very good, the shoyu chicken was a bit dry but it still had a very good flavor. the orange chicken was very crunchy and cooked perfectly, the flavor was perfect as well!

I go here alot an usually have a good experience but I didnt get the extra scoop of white rice at all that was $2 or any of the two sides of teriyaki sauce I ordered so it doesn't taste very good. the plate itself has less than a full scoop of rice and is pretty cold, overall it doesnt taste as fresh.

They tried to pull a fast one and instead of giving actual steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, etc) was only given soggy cabbage. Given that I chose the steamed veggies as my three sides, was very dissatisfied. Plus they put a bunch of cabbage under my meat, so was not given much meat. So basically a box filled with cabbage and hardly any meat
