This two meat Two Meat Sandwich is loaded with enough meat for 2! And it is sooo good! The brisket & turkey is moist & delicious!

Rudy's has always been one of my favorite Barbecue spots. I always recommend getting the Rudy's Regular Sausage and Moist Brisket (it practically melts in your mouth). They're known for having good creamed corn, but I enjoy the Three Bean Salad . It has just the right amount of sweet and tangy. This was my first time trying the Green Chile Stew and it had a nice kick to it.

Got their Two Meat Smoked Potato (briske & jal ith cheddar sausage) side of Cole Slaw and their peach Cobbler. Wasn't the best Brisket I've ever had but it was serviceable. Good sized potato. Really glad they didn't put bbq sauce on it! Some places do and it's out of place on a baked potato in my opinion. Should mention their bbq sauce is vinegary; like Kansas City-style bbq. Prices are fair. Overall I'd order this again and be happy with it.
