Best pho in the area...ordered a few times from ones in Hoboken and the broth has so much MSG but NOT at Saigon bistro. It's super flavorful without compromise. The beef is good quality too and everything is always clean and as the customer prefers. Grateful to have them in the area.

My first time ordering from here and it did not disappoint! I got the Beef Combo Pho and it was some of the best i've had. I decided to add a sweet treat and the Flan with Caramel Sauce surprised me it was really good. I think I found one of my top places

Food from Saigon Bistro is always incredible. Curry noodles and dumplings are our favorite but everything we've tried is exceptional. Very fresh ingredients!
