We live 20+ minutes away but our order was nice and hot. I was so pleased to find they included an extra serving of teriyaki sauce for each entree. It's such a delicious dinner for the price. They are the best savory food at the mall (quality has not declined since I moved here in 2002)and arguably the best Japanese food in town.

If you take a gamble and order extra chicken more than likely you'll receive bigger chunks of chicken rather than the actual extra you pay for. Happens way too often with this place. Oh, they also put more veggies to compensate and give the illusion you get what you pay for.

CHICKEN & SHRIMP TERIYAKI. Chicken was rubbery. I counted 4 pieces of shrimp in my whole order. Also ordered 2 VEGETABLE SPRING ROLL, one came out burnt, the other was fine.

Didn't taste as good as eating it in the mall. Very bland. Portions were good. Packaging was secure. The CHICKEN TERIYAKI tasted sweeter than normal not a fan.

Wow. The SHRIMP TEMPURA was surpringly crispy and good! The packaging for Sarku is awesome! The noodles and BEEF TERIYAKI were great as well. Gonnna order here againnnnnnn
