never disappointed here! always filled to the brim on pints and quarts, the hard ice cream milkshakes are great too! only minor issue is the milkshakes tend to be foamy at the bottom, but it tastes great! tried a waffle cone and that was very fresh!

I am very dissapointed that the most expensive thing I ordered, the Peanut Butter Cup Sundae, was not even in the order when delivered. When I got a "refund" for the item, it wasbt even the full price back. The ice cream we did receive was good, but the Triple Scoop soft serve amount is not even equal to the amount of a single scoop soft serve shown in the menu photos.

Absolutely disgraceful for a $10 treat, ice cream cone at McDonald's was better and priced right. Never will return to scoop n twist

Both sundaes arrived completely melted (not the drivers fault - didn't use the requested ice cream) . The flight was mixed in one large container. The triple scoop was half full. They did not put in the cone. When we called the store they were rude and unhelpful.
