Food consistently cold and old. They do not cook fresh to order. The burgers and fries are consistently cold and old at this location, even if you go inside to place your order. I think they must cook the food in advance and let it sit. No other explanation. I've been to many Shake Shacks across the country. This is the worst.

The chicken was great, The custard tastes good. however, it was shorted. there are two half scoops in this photo. this is the second time this has happened from this store. perhaps it's the person that's actually scooping that hasn't been trained, today is March 25th.

There was NO avocado! That was disappointing and the batter on the chicken was way too salty. I got the lettuce wrap without a bun. The chicken was moist but the missing avocado and the saltiness was bleh.

Avocado Bacon Burger Had No onion, tomato,pickle! (As Ordered) and only a sliver of avocado. Bacon Cheeseburger had no bacon! (As Ordered)! Not sure we will order here again! Flavor of the burger was good. I think IF I were to order here again, I would order at least a double...
