where is the rest of the drink?usually its filled to the top. but it seems whoever poured it didnt fill it all the way. im disappointed.

They fulfill the orders well, but their Green Thai Pearl Milk Tea is the nastiest drink I've ever had in my whole life. This tastes nothing like Green Thai Tea. Drinking it is like swallowing perfume. Otherwise, decent drinks.

Usualy the boba has a great texture, but tonight's boba was unappetizing. It was undercooked and difficult to chew. We went close to closing which may be why the quality is poor. I would have preferred if they just told us they were out of decent boba. This review is only for the Oolong milk tea with boba.

The staff forgot to add sugar to our drinks. This is the second time that it happened and it's unacceptable. I understand that it could be an honest mistake. However, I hope they figure a way out to double check things, so petty, yet important things like this won't happen in the future.
